Terms & Conditions of Booking

When you book accommodation with Ironbark Country Cottages, your booking is confirmed immediately and it is at this time a binding contract comes into existence.

The contract is subject to these booking terms and conditions, all booking conditions will apply to each and every booking made with Ironbark Country Cottages.

A minimum deposit of 50% will be required upon booking. Credit card facility is available. The remaining 50% payment is required no later than 7 days prior to booked arrival date.

You are required to give ironbark Country Cottages at least two weeks (14 Days) notice of cancellation of your accommodation booking.

A failure to provide at least two weeks notice for cancellation of accommodation bookings may result in forfeiture of monies paid to Ironbark Country Cottages at the absolute discretion of Ironbark Country Cottages.

An administrtaction fee of $50.00 will be charged for all cancellations.

Your credit card details or manual transaction slip for $200.00 will be held at the office as a security deposit in the event that Ironbark Country Cottages determines in it absolute discretion that loss or damage has occurred or that excess cleaning is required, you agree and acknowledge that Ironbark Country Cottages has the right and ability to use the security deposit to rectify that damage or loss or to effect that excess cleaning.
You agree you are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, furnishings, fixtures, fittings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of you or any third party, guest, friend, colleague, family member or invitee of you and will pay to Ironbark Country Cottages on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage, including any need for excess cleaning, calculated by Ironbark Country Cottages in its discretion. Ironbark Country Cottages may use this clause in an action for recovery of damages against you.

Notwithstanding the above, you agree to accept responsibility for any damage or loss to property or accommodation supplied or owned by Ironbark Country Cottages caused by you or any third party, guest, friend, colleague, family member or invitee of you.

Ironbark Country Cottages reserves the absolute right to terminate (before or after departure) this contract due to your misconduct or the misconduct of any third party, guest, friend, colleague, family member or invitee of you, within the absolute discretion of Ironbark Country Cottages. In these circumstances full cancellation charges will then apply and no refund will be given.

Furthermore, Ironbark Country Cottages will be under no obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incure as a result of your accommodation being terminated.

Ironbark Country Cottages is subject to statutory controls, including those relating to fire, licensing, entertainment, health, hygiene, and safety. These must be strictly observed by you, any third party, guest, friend, colleague, family member or invitee of you.

Ironbark Country Cottages' liability to you or any third party, guest, friend, colleague, family member or invitee of you in the event of any damage sustained or loss incurred is limited to the price of the booking.

You agree to indemnify Ironbark Country Cottages from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from any booking, event or function that you, any third party, guest, friend, colleague, family member or invitee of you make, host or hold at the accommodation.

Ironbark Country Cottages will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.

Ironbark Country Cottages does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on Ironbark Country Cottages premises.

All persons under the age of eighteen years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adults at all times whilst on Ironbark Country Cottges premises.

All prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
